We are a hand made label. Each piece is made specifically for you when you order. 

Please take the time to be sure that your order is correct size and colour. 

We advise you to send us your measurements to insure the correct bra or brief size is purchased. e.g. under bust and over bust measurement.

Items may only be returned if the garment is the wrong size when measurement are given before purchase.

Please contact us immediately if the order is incorrect. 

Please be advised that orders may take up to 6 weeks to reach you as each piece is individually made. 

1. Can I return a product?

After you received the order, we kindly ask you to check whether the content of the package matches your order. If this is not the case, please contact [email protected] . If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense within 14 days. Bottoms of lingerie must for hygienic reasons be returned unworn and in their unopened, original packing with the label and price tag attached. If not, they cannot be returned. Gift wrapping can also not be returned. 

 

3. How do I return/exchange a product?

Please send an email to: [email protected] indicating the original order number and reason for return. After receiving your email, we will confirm your return request within 48 hours and we will send you a return number and return form. Please fill in the return form and add it to the package together with the copy of the invoice. The return number should be mentioned on the package. We would like to emphasize that it is your own responsibility to send the package to the address mentioned on the return form. We advise you to retain a proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

 

5. How long will it take before I receive my money back?

We shall transfer the money paid for the returned product within 30 days. The returned products must be in their original condition, have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn and include the original packaging and any related accessories or instruction books.*

*If a returned product doesn’t meet the above mentioned standards, the Arabella India web shop may refuse the returned product.
